22.01.2022 Fresh, full and bold. Just the way this babe likes it There’s such a fine line between who can and can’t pull off bold or even soft brows! I myself, love having sharp dark brows but don’t feel I could pull off that soft brow look (sad face ) What’s your preferred style? Soft and fluffy, natural and sleek, sharp, bold and big? ... Treatment: wax and tint

18.01.2022 Unfortunately the salon will now be closed over the next 5 days due to the covid lockdown. I will be in contact with everyone who has an appointment during this period, with in the next 48 hours. As you are aware I will be going on maternity leave at the end February l, meaning with the new lockdown I will now only have 3 weeks of work left in stead of 4... With this being said I only have a few scattered weekday appointments left available (no weekends) and will unfortunately be unable to fit everyone in that time, that will need to be cancelled this week I will do my best to accommodate, but please accept my sincerest apologies in advance. 15.01.2022 Being a business owner can be so hard and rewarding both at the same time... balance key, and something I’m beginning to learn Finishing up work a little earlier than I would have liked to has definitely helped me to realise this. I’ve taken a step back from my socials the few weeks and it’s honestly been so good for the soul, but it’s also made me see how much I love what I do! Becoming a new mum and running a business is a daunting thought, but an adventure I’m excited to go on. I’m so thankful to have such amazing opportunities ahead of me, and am truly inspired by all of the amazing women I’ve had the pleasure of meeting so far that are absolutely killing it in business world

13.01.2022 What a wild ride this year has been! Only two more days to go of the working year! So despite all that happened in the world this year I apparently decided to do 2020 in turbo charge mode... because you know, who doesn’t like stress 2020 was the year saw me open JY Brows & Beauty full time, the year I got married, purchased my first home and decided to chuck a baby in the mix too because why the hell not! So to say I’m thankful for the little break coming up is an underst...atement! Let’s be honest though, you guys know I won’t be resting... Hubby and I are currently getting the room ready for the new home studio and getting a head start on little miss’ nursery (only 18 weeks to go until she’s earth side )... well he’s painting/putting furniture together and I’m supervising With that, this is also your friendly reminder that I’ll be having a change of location as of 2021 so please make sure you check your appointment confirmation emails for the new location. Wishing each and every one of you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year PS. 10.01.2022 Wear your sunscreen ladies and gents! Whether you’re someone that spends all day inside or someone that ventures outside often, you still need to wear sunscreen! With summer in full swing this is your gentle reminder that if you attend your appointment either burnt or or peeling from sunburn I will be unable able to proceed with your treatment, this includes both tattoo and waxing services. So remember SLIP, SLOP, SLAP!

09.01.2022 We decided to give this beauty brand new powder brows to cover old faded and discoloured microblading done at another salon Please note; not all old tattooing is able to be covered straight away. Some may require one or more saline removal or laser sessions, to lighten before proceeding with this treatment. Your brows are an investment, choose your artist wisely and never cheap out. If an artist is booked out and has a bit of a wait list, trust me when I say they’re more than likely worth the wait!

02.01.2022 POST LOCKDOWN REOPENING All going well, if there are 0 cases again today we will be able to go back to work tomorrow (Saturday), with a few extra rules. - You must sanitise your hands on entry.... - You must sign into the safe wa app or use the paper contact register provided. - You must wear a mask to & during your appointment (no mask no entry). This rule will be in place until 14th of Feb at this stage. - All appointments must be attended alone. please do not bring friends, family or children. - If you are sick or recovering from being sick please cancel/reschedule your appointment. please note a minimum 24 hours notice is still required. There is no exemptions from the cancellation policy.
