03.01.2022 Update: I am still seeing clients for Reflexology and Reiki treatments as normal. Extra hygiene procedures have been implemented including this cute little hand washing station for clients. Its so important to try and remain calm during this difficult time....taking some deep in breaths and exhaling through the mouth can really help. If you feel like you need to come and have a session but finances are an issue please get in touch....Im working on some option...s. If you could share this post it would be much appreciated...and if you can, try and support small local businesses Take care, stay well and remember self care has never been more important.
