22.01.2022 FINALLY, tomorrow I will post my Crickle Creek resined coffee table. It has been a long time in the making and 6 layers of resin to finish it off. Will remove the drying box in the morning and hopefully a great result. Also a few more clocks ready to show tomorrow.

17.01.2022 4 days later and 80% dry. I can now put it somewhere safe as drying shelf needed for another very wet canvas!! Love the silver highlights in this. Now we wait for 4-6 weeks for complete drying and curing before I am able to finish it with coats of gloss varnish or resin and timber look edges added. Now I need to be patient because I am always wanting to get that last coat finished, it always highlights the depth of color.

15.01.2022 Okay,so I am redoing the post for 3D resined paua shell look artworks. Unfortunately, because of the amazing gloss on these panels it is very difficult to get photos without reflections. Therefore I have redone photos and feel they are more accurate ,reflections and all. Whoever buys these will LOVE the amazing gloss achieved on them. PS thanks to DIY composites for their amazing new resin.

13.01.2022 This is a step by step post of a large canvas work in progress I have started this week. After taping back of canvas to try and keep it clean, I then pour a pouring medium over canvas surface to assist paint to flow more freely over canvas surface.The mulit layered paint is then poured over canvas using different application techniques. Canvas is tilted slowly and gently to assist the paint to go where I want it to go, (although it often has a mind of its own).see pic 1 and 2 and 3. It is then left to dry in my drying rack,it can take up to 4 to 7 days till touch dry.see pic 4. Then time to clean up the mess again!! see pic 5. Updates in 1 week.

03.01.2022 Finally finished! This was the picture I started weeks ago and was showing the steps as I went along. Has been curing for weeks and finally received finishing varnish, so all done and sold before finishing. More clocks on the way and an amazing resined coffee table, supplies to finish items are slow being delivered at the moment therefore I have a few items just waiting for final finishing. I am learning to become more patient ! .
