18.01.2022 Serviced a Hilux in Duncraig this morning, as part of the service we remove all the wheels and in this case the brake drums to check, clean and adjust the brakes, grease up the driveline and all the usual safety check items. Unfortunately in our trade there will always be someone who is cheaper, we pride ourselves on an honest, upfront and reliable service at a fair price.

Always ask what brand of oil, filters, brake pads, etc will be used on your car as repairs from using non OE (original equipment) parts can potentially not only cost more to replace or repair damage done but may also put the reliability of your car and the safety of its occupants at risk.

05.01.2022 Hi All, I just letting all you all know that due to personal financial problems ( no fault of K & D Car Care) weve made the decision to return to a 2 on 2 off mining job, when home Im working on a Monday,Tuesday & Wednesday only, ATM My bookings are running at app 6-8 weeks in advance. If your happy with this situation then all good, if not I fully understand. 02.01.2022 Here is an article one of my Tyre suppliers has posted, its about parallel importing of tyres, have a read and the next time your looking for tyres I can reassure you I do not use any parallel imported tyres or suppliers. Also when getting your prices and they are really cheap check that they are not old stock tyres. Some retailers buy up in large amounts to get a huge discount on the purchase and can sometimes take up to 2 years to onsell. Ive personally seen this. I only get current stock tyres (usually within 6 months of manufacture) Tyres generally have a life span of 5-7 years so you may be buying a tyre that's already starting to deteriorate. https://medium.com//understanding-parallel-imports-for-you
