01.01.2022 Do you have an abundance of lemons or limes? Try making some citrus seasoning. Take 1 tablespoon of finely grated zest, sprinkle over a tray and bake at 120 degrees for 30 minutes. Allow to cool and then crush in a mortar and pestle with 1 tablespoon each of sea salt flakes and ground black pepper. It is great to use on chicken, fish or vegetable chips.

01.01.2022 Sow flowers such as calendula, fennel, Californian poppy and poached egg plant to encourage predatory, pest-controlling insects like hoverflies, lacewings, and ladybirds. https://www.facebook.com/permalink.php?story_fbid=593255784047123&id=592558740783494
