However, when you start to see that change in your body and when you start to feel more energised each day. When you start to sleep a little deeper and when youre feeling stronger emotionally. ... 13.01.2022 Dear K.A.S Members and Class participants and Personal Training Clients. K.A.S Fitness FACILITY CLOSURE As per the state governments new measures to combat COVID-19, non-essential services, gyms/ stuidos included, will be closed as of midday today, the 23rd of March 2020.... Whilst this is new uncharted territory for all, we must do our bit to ensure the safety and good health of our community. In order to keep your wellbeing as our top priority, and to abide by government legislation, K.A.S Fitness will be closing from midday, the 23rd of March. This closure will be in place until I receive approval from the government to re-open. Your membership will automatically be placed on a freeze during the time we are closed, meaning if you are a direct debit member, you will not be charged. For Personal Training clients, we will discuss your training options moving forward during this time. I would like to take this time to thank you for your ongoing support during this time. Katrina xx
