23.01.2022 So the last few weeks have been fairly busy! A couple of new arrivals incl a coldroom and brand new apprentice!! A freezer filler of our own to try out the new room !!!

07.01.2022 Great little body to finish the week off! 360kg and despite the dry weather at the moment plenty of condition on this fella!!

06.01.2022 Bit of an epic cut up today with two great Angus cross steers dressing out a combined weight of 852kg!! Not as many photos as I wanted was a bit short of time!!

06.01.2022 As an On - Farm Butcher you always expect to get a few out of the ordinary sort of jobs. However this one was way out of the ordinary!!! When I got a call from the Excecutive chef of 7 star Laucala Island Fiji I was thinking someone was pulling my leg!! However that wasn't the case!! The experience was amazing and one we'll never forget!!
