24.01.2022 Almost every day we get Apple devices come in that have been to an Apple Genius Bar and the customer is told We can’t fix that or You need to replace the device and even charged ridiculous amounts of money for a repair that they do. When in fact one minute and a pair of tweezers will actually fix the problem free of charge. This 12 minute video is a perfect example of what goes on. The non Apple repairers in the video are where we gained the knowledge to repair some Apple devices one of the few places a third party repairer can get the information required to fix your Apple device. 14.01.2022 SCAM ALERT Do not forward any messages or posts that tell you to send messages to all your friends about false friend requests that message is the hack message that allows whoever sent it originally to get your friend list and access your and your friend personal profile data as you are essentially friending them to all your friends once you send a message to someone and they reply to it you are Facebook and messenger friend. Even if you didn’t accept them as friends delete all such messages immediately do not like or reply

This one encourages users to install a rogue browser extension, similar to the Facebook Black scam that has been going around lately. 06.01.2022 The latest iPhone update can cause issues with audio transition if your contacts can’t hear you properly it may be due to audio data packets not transmitting correctly. To fix this go into SETTINGS then go to GENERAL then down to RESET then press on NETWORK RESET. Your phone will reboot and hopefully work correctly you will need to re-enter all your wifi passwords if you use home wifi etc. thank you Apple for another great update
