23.01.2022 Conferencing options for WA businesses & schools to continue work in the current global crisis. Options attached in images below. K2AV & partners have discounted the most common conferencing options for small huddle spaces, meeting rooms, and larger dedicated spaces.... Helping WA organisations safely conduct work with the travel restrictions now in place as announced by the PM.

21.01.2022 Despite one of the toughest economic climates we're all facing. K2AV was fortunate enough to finally lock in our biggest contract to date. One that has been in negotiation for 4+ months, well before all this chaos. Meaning our entire team will continue working full steam ahead. Designing, installing, programming, and managing the largest abstract video wall in the southern hemisphere.

20.01.2022 A first in Australia. And hopefully a means of fighting the second wave. An automated digital disinfection solution we've put together with the help of global leader Phillips (Signify). This solution can kill 99.99% of bacteria and viruses on ANY SURFACES with the press of one button through the use of UV-C light. Incl. Covid-19:... "On June 16, Signify and the National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories at Boston University confirmed research results that validate the effectiveness of Signify’s UV-C light sources on the inactivation of SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19." We're hoping this could be another weapon in our arsenal of tackling this pandemic.

20.01.2022 Seems we are a bit stuck on site today. Our clients go to great lengths to make sure we can't leave!

16.01.2022 After 2 weeks our team finally finished this first-of-its-kind video wall for a WA Tier 1 mining firm. We used the 1.7mm screen to screen Samsung displays and Userful software/hardware to drive the system. (This photo was before the bezel kit went on)... 10m in height, it took 41 screens to create this abstract digital artwork.

15.01.2022 A video wall comprising of 41 screens is hard enough to put together...but one that is an abstract shape, with an unusual resolution, requires drag/drop functionality, AND is an iconic centrepiece for WA's mining giant... Well that's a challenge on another level. Here's the journey of our brilliant team deploying one of the largest abstract video walls in the country. Headed by our Technical Manager Chris and Programming Wiz Tom.

14.01.2022 How West Australian educators handled the Covid-19 pandemic? We went out (with social distancing, of course) and had a chat. Share this video with #teacherappreciation appreciating those who've helped Western Australia navigate this crisis, as smoothly as it has!

12.01.2022 #stopthespread Doing our best to ensure K2AV is able to continue installation works for our clients in the safest way possible. Helping work & teaching continue during this uncertain time.

10.01.2022 Proud to have delivered the audio visual solutions for WA's most iconic education build of our time - the amazing Bob Hawke College. The architecture & functional planning of this facility is breathtaking, and will set the benchmark for future new builds. #education #students #highereducation

09.01.2022 As Term 4 heads our way, we're ramping up our team. This year our average response time has been 34 mins. On paper that is pretty impressive, because most companies have a response time of 34 years...and sometimes even NEVER. We, being the ever so perfectionists we are (as indicated by some of the installs below), still not satisfied with this number.... So Term 4, set your watches, let's see if we can handle the crazy inbound and still keep you, our clients, waiting even LESS.

06.01.2022 We are fortunate and incredibly grateful to have kept EVERYONE in our team employed during this crisis that has affected many individuals and businesses across Australia and the world. Taking this opportunity to go out and spend some time together with some of our team members...and in the process, shoot each other (via paintballs). We're refreshed (albeit bruised) and ready to help our clients navigate these unusual times via tech for the 2nd half of 2020!

05.01.2022 An 18 month design, and consultancy phase, to restructure how the Atlas Iron team could be more productive while being less office bound. Essentially leading the way in virtual collaboration. This was prior to the Covid-19 pandemic forcing many businesses to do this rethinking, putting Atlas Iron in an ideal position to make the switch. K2AV undertook an entire floor AV refit and Atlas Iron became the first WA firm to utilise the Polycom Studio X-series conferencing sound bar...s. With items being controlled using a Polycom Trio. The audio visual solution has facilitated a more nimble, less office bound team, that is enhancing productivity and leading the way in virtual collaboration.

05.01.2022 Hope you're enjoying your long weekend. We are busy working with our eastern states suppliers on an INSANE offer for Term 4! This is because earlier in the year, WA schools logged the highest sales in all of Australia with the last #teacherappreciation offer we put together for all of you. So, here's a little sneak peek on what's coming soon. Get excited!
