15.01.2022 ** Exciting Community Announcement!! ** After much consultation around the current restrictions, hence inability to run our annual 3 day cycling event, we have adapted and creating the ‘K2DC single day event!’ Watch this space for more information but be sure to block out Sunday the 28th of June in your diary for our 100k+ cycling challenge! On behalf of Total Recreation we would like to thank our sponsors and signed up riders for your patience and continued support of our funtastic event as we juggle through the current changes!! Finally, Training rides will resume at 7am on Saturday the 23rd of May so we look forward to seeing you then!

14.01.2022 *****Riders of this years K2DC***** There will be a couple of groups riding out to the start point and leaving from the overpass (cnr of Bagot Rd & Stuart Hwy) on Sunday morning. Group 1 riders will leave from there at 5.30am (thank you Denise Dunn from Slappas for arranging this) Group 2 riders will leave from there at 6.30am OR Another group in the Northern suburbs will be riding out from the cnr of Vanderlin dr & Leanyer drive (top end near hibiscus shops) at 6.40am an...d doing a pick of riders from the cnr of Mcmillans Rd & Stuart Hwy at 7am. Both groups will ride at approx 25kph as to not burn themselves out. See you Sunday! See more

03.01.2022 You have liked the page but have you considered riding in the Katherine to Darwin Challenge!? www.K2DC.com..au Weekly training rides start this Saturday at 7am leaving from the cnr of Bagot road/Stuart hwy (overpass) and take the bike path out to Howard Springs and return (40k). This will be a steady warm up ride (20-25kph) to encourage new riders to attend this magnificent event! Hope to see you there and feel free to comment or pm for more details!

02.01.2022 *** Public Notice!! *** On Sunday the 28th of June there will be up to 60 cyclists on a fundraising cycle leaving from Marlow Lagoon Recreation Park at 7.10am and using Elrundie Ave, Channel Island Rd, Jenkins Rd, Finn Rd and Cox Peninsula Rd out to Mandorah. Please take extra care using these roads between the hours of 7am to 1pm on Sunday the 28th of June! Contact Simon Watts on 0412892814 for more details.
