24.01.2022 Today was a very special day as we got to pick up Ameka. She slept pretty much the whole way home and we watched a couple of movies together but now its time for bed We scattered some of Akiras ashes at Bolac Lake, as it is her birthday and to symbolize a new beginning.

22.01.2022 Absolutely devastated. A very sad day today. After 7 years of medical training and hard work, a very good friend of mine has been struck off after one minor indiscretion. He slept with one of his patients (they were good friends) and can now no longer work in the profession he loves. What a waste of time, effort, training and money. A genuinely nice guy and a brilliant vet.

19.01.2022 Today marks exactly 6 Months of Akiras passing and still everyday I think about her. Hers is a presents that is greatly missed. Some of you will know, that I planted a Plumb Tree from seed in memory of her on the day of her death. Even though I know absolutely nothing about growing plants or gardening, I thought I'd give it ago anyway. After the seedling being decimated by a caterpillar during winter and almost dieing itself. I bought it inside and the seedling has pulled th...rough and had a growth spurt. So happy her memory lives on

06.01.2022 We have been asked by quite a few clients if we do longer than the standard 30min walks. Well..... We are happy to announce that as of the 1st July will be offering a........ K9 CASTLE BUSH BASH ADVENTURE HIKE for your puppies to get away for the day Upto a 15km or 2.5/3hr hikes (depending on which one comes first) will be held on either a Saturday or Sunday monthly at the Lerderderg State Park. Price will include pickup and drop off of your pet on the day. So if you would like your puppy to join us for an exciting day out, please feel free to enquire. Unfortunately this service is not open to reactive dogs and T&Cs do apply.

03.01.2022 Just in case you see dog walkers saying they are remaining open during stage 4 lockdown: We can ONLY keep walking dogs if it's a real matter of welfare. (I.e th...e dog is home alone with no access to toilet for 10 hours, lives in an appartment, this type of scenario). This has been confirmed officially several times. I will not be looking for loopholes and pretend I'm essential when I know my guys can live without me for 6weeks because thankfully their owners are home with them. Everyone wants to feel special but it is this "Rules don't apply to me" attitude that got us to this stage 4 lockdown in the first place. And I dont want to be a part of that. Each to their own and I don't give a rats ass what other dog walkers are doing but I'm also really pissed that whenever we try to do the right thing it all gets thrown down the drain because a minority keeps looking for ways to get around things.
