At Blue Wealth our r...esearch model automatically rejects inferior properties. 3 important elements for a liveable apartment are: 1) Size When assessing a 1-bedroom apartment, anything with an internal size less than 50sqm is automatically rejected by our research model because they usually have unappealing layouts and are restrictive in living spaces. 2) Natural light Bedrooms without external facing windows are often avoided by purchasers and tenants alike. Consequentially, we reject them. The idea of borrowed light from living areas reduces the liveability of a property. 3) An exit strategy Being able to have an efficient and effective exit strategy will ensure that investors maximize their profits and have minimal risks when selling their investment. Remember: Investors are sometimes misled into buying these properties from an affordability point of view. However, the best investments are sometimes not the cheapest. Who knew that phrases like 'flatten the curve' and 'hotel quarantine' would even enter our vocabulary this time 12 months ago! So what can we learn from this once in a lifetime experience? For this Boss Lady, it has really shifted my focus to the important things in life - family. I feel very fortunate to say that I was extremely bu...sy with work this year and I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued business and support. The last time I was this busy was in 2015 and at that time, I had more staff to help carry the workload. It has been a challenging year and I have spent much time away from my family at a time when they needed me most. Andrew will be working alongside Kim to assist you all the way through your home loan process, and will also be our compliance manager. Before joining the Kaboodle team, Andrew worked at CommBank for over 16 years. He has vast experience and knowledge across personal banking products, and assisting customers with their banking needs. He... is excited to take on the Broker Support role and learn a different side to finance. Outside of work Andrew is a passionate Canberra Raiders fan and he loves cricket.
