Between client work, creating content and filming videos my desk starts to pile up with excess things. I have cupboards within the room, but I also like to have what I'm working on close by. I'm someone who likes to write or outline a process on paper first, before creating it digitally. Do you have any tips you could share to help keep your desk under control?

11.01.2022 I hear from a lot of people that they are doing ALL THE THINGS on Social Media, but still crickets Little or no engagement on posts, conversations with ideal connections seem to hit a dead end. They are being Consistent with posting, they are spending Time every day interacting with others, but still ... If this is happening to you, perhaps you just simply have the Wrong People in Your Network. Or perhaps (more likely) you have not enough of the right people, or a small network. So, how do you fix this?... Easy (well simple really, it may take a little time), you need to start building your network with the Right People! 1.Take a minute (YES RIGHT NOW) and make a list of who your ideal clients are. 01.01.2022 What have you planned to accomplish this week? Every Sunday (sometimes Monday mornings), I write a To Do List by brain dumping everything that's in my head - both business and personal. Then I pull out my calendar and... Note any meetings I have throughout the week. ... Schedule in the vital / most important tasks from my list. It's not always perfect, and I do get interupptions throughout the week. However, it keeps me focused on what's important, and what are the 'time waster' tasks. How do you keep focused throughout the week?

01.01.2022 #Kudos to one of our clients who has been working hard on their LinkedIn strategy!!! Within a 3 month timeframe he locked in 13 confirmed meetings, and 4 of those became clients! Whilst this may not sound like many leads to some, he started with only 3 LinkedIn connections.... Over the 3 months, he has been steadily building his network and now has 373 connections on LinkedIn - not random people, but actual ideal prospects, and also posted 12 pieces of content each month.
