Whenever I am going through a particularly stressful moment I try and pause and think.."why suffer twice" So if you are thinking about something in the future that's got you thinking "this is going to suck etc" ask yourself "why suffer twice" things will happen as they are meant to happen so there is no point to suffer before it... is necessary #wednesdaywisdom #seneca #learning

06.01.2022 When I first heard that Tim Ferriss wrote a book that was asking over 150 of the world's best in what they do the same set of 5 questions I initially thought..how boring would that be? However, after being more than 15 hours in it is one of the most worthwhile listens I've ever come across. And the best part is you start to see patterns emerging of what successful people do and don't do no matter what industry/profession they are in. So if you want a book that you can open up and read 5 pages and get a major tip that will help you in whatever you are choosing to accomplish then you will love it @timferriss #mentors #wisdom #bestintheworld
