"I Found You" had been recorded by Brown's back-up singer Yvonne Fair and released as a single in 1962, with little success. The Commander and Chief has put together a four on the floor version and special Colin cornet solo where he"s joined by Mr Brown himself from the movie Ski Party...

06.01.2022 "Happy Together" is a song by American rock band the Turtles from their third studio album Happy Together. The song was written by Garry Bonner and Alan Gordon, former members of the Magicians. It had been rejected a dozen times before it was offered to the Turtles. The song was arranged by Chip Douglas. Turtles singer Mark Volman said, Chip was, besides being a really fine bass player and excellent singer, also a great arranger, who did most of the arrangements on ‘Happy T...ogether.’ He is very instrumental in what would be thought of as the production. As with our fine arranger, "The Commander & Chief" (AKA Colin Newham) has put togtether a version with a reggae feel perhapes giving a slightly more intense feel..
