23.01.2022 I’m slowly coming back to massage. The accident which left my hand a bit damaged has laid me up for a few weeks. Damaged Tendons and bruising. Thankfully it’s getting better and I’m just starting to do 1 hour treatments. Ilana my trusty partner has been keeping busy with the appts while I’m recovering. Thank goodness. The temperature went to 60 degrees,,, but Far infra red stays comfortable and is easier for the body to release more toxins (heavy metals, fatty solids, cholesterol etc) than a normal sauna. You can set a coloured light; I like blue as it’s proven to heal and relax. I always feel so relaxed after, my skin is so clean and it takes my health to another level.
