21.01.2022 " . " My friends, are you already into the next thing or rushing to bring things to "normal"?... We are coming out from such a huge event that has, without a doubt, impacted our nervous system and created some fragmentation in our being. We, as humans, are incredibly resilient and yet the capacity to adapt to changes requires time for integration. Integrating the new is such a vital part of the process to wholeness and completion, and at the same time, it is one that gets dismissed most of the time, as we tend to jump onto the next thing. Integration allows us to become whole again. While being able to gather, socialise and move are essentials to our wellbeing, my invitation today is to make sure you are making time for yourself, to check-in where your body, spirit and health (mental & physical) are. And, making time in your new schedule for self-care. I have opened a few more spots in the coming weeks for you to reconnect with your body and let go of what's not needed.
