05.01.2022 GEM SCONES Makes 24 Ingredients... 1 cup of self-raising flour Pinch of salt 4 dessert spoons of raw sugar 1 egg 2 dessert spoons of melted butter cup milk Method 1. Pre-heat camp oven or conventional oven to 230C 2. Oil gem scone trays Sieve all dry ingredients 3. Add milk, egg and butter. Mix until smooth batter 4. Place mixture into gem irons just below top lip Cook in oven for 12 minutes 5.
