18.01.2022 Chef's tip of the day: when you make dishes with palak/ spinach , such as palak paneer or murg saagwala , boil the spinach and quickly drain the water and hold under cold water to retain the dark green color of the spinach in the final food product

14.01.2022 Chef's tip of the day: add a teaspoon oil to the dhal during the process of boiling to get better flavour, it also prevents the curry from overflowing if you are cooking it in an open vessel
