24.01.2022 When is the last time you played and had fun? . When was the last time you forgot your stress, duties, worries, work and bills? . We get so narrow minded with all our daily tasks and problems that we forget to enjoy our lives...... . But what is the meaning of the life if we never give ourselves time and permission to play. To have fun. To laugh. To let go. . Last weekend I went for a day trip to the Great Ocean Road. I spent all day in the nature. I was swinging and I climbed a tree. I played like a kid. What a feeling of freedom! . How could you add some fun play into your life? And not think about what anybody else thinks. Let your inner child free! . . . #kaisawell #holistictrainer #strongerandbalanced #happiness #fun #mindfulness #innerchild #nature #stressmanagement #stressrelease #feelgood #mentalhealth #wellbeing #mindbody @ Great Ocean Road, Melbourne, Australia See more

21.01.2022 Do you find yourself wandering to the fridge and pantry all day long? Staying at home is a real challenge for the waistline... . At least I find myself snacking through the day: a bit of chocolate there, some crackers now and a bag of nuts later . And also trying to compensate the fatigue and boredom by drinking more coffee... . There is 7 simple things that will help you to avoid unhealthy snacking, stop you gaining weight and make you feel better instantly . 1. Stick to clear meal times: breakfast, lunch, a healthy snack in the afternoon and dinner . 2. Clear your pantry from anything unhealthy - out of sight, out of mind! . 3. Buy lots of fresh veggies, fruit and berries instead . 4. Limit your coffee intake for max 2 cups, before 2pm. More will increase your stress hormones and affects the deep sleep . 5. Drink more WATER 2-3 litres along the day. Your skin will also brighten . 6. Alcohol... I know it relaxes and makes you feel better for a moment. But you are just digging a huge grave for yourself. Stop before it’s too late . 7. Be mindful: are you really hungry or just stressed or bored? Would going for a walk or calling a friend be better than eating or drinking now? Pause for a moment to ask yourself HOW DO YOU FEEL? . Hope this gives you a bit motivation to stay healthy and safe at home . Can I ask you, how do you feel now? What are your biggest struggles at home?Comment below or send me a PM. I would love to hear from you . . . #kaisawell #holistictrainer #healthysnacks #eatyourveggies #healthyathome #healthyhabits #wellbeing #mindfullness #howdoyoufeel See more

20.01.2022 What to do when your home office isn’t ergonomic? Or you end up working at your dining table (guilty...) . Your body starts to cry for help and your daydream is to get a good massage... . You have one efficient, free and healthy relief at your hand immediately:... . Stand up and move your body at least every 2 hours. . I can’t highlight this enough to my clients when they complain about the pains and aches: daily micro exercise is even more important than the weekly few hour workouts! . Frequent movement will keep the blood, oxygen and nutrients flowing to your muscles and preventing them to get stiff and achy. . So... . Set an alarm (in a different room). Get an accauntability partner. Bribe your partner to remind you. Hire a fitness professional to make you a schedule. Create a reward system for yourself. Drink lots of water so you have to get up to the toilet. . Be creative, find a way. . Your body will thank you later, and you will also save a lot of time and money from the future medical treatments. Sorry, but I am just being realistic here . . . #kaisawell #strongerandbalanced #physio #holistictrainer #healthyhabits #exercise #backpain #neckpain #massage #feelgood #wellbeing #routines #deskjob #workingfromhome #homeoffice #ergonomic See more
