17.01.2022 I took a step back today and looked in the mirror to see someone who I had lost touch with. I got told as a kid to quiet down, separate from others, "You talk too much" and "Oh my god, you've got TOO much energy. You're spastic!" . . . .... It's been a rough time struggling to accept that I've lost 50kgs and the changes that come with that. More confidence, more power to stand my ground and more fire in my belly than ever before. . . . If the 15 year old me could just have a little glimpse at who I am today she would be shook to her core. I am so humbled, grateful and appreciative to still be topside and giving it 1000% . . . Struggling to accept who you are and that you will always be different than everybody else is something you can come to terms with. . . Something else you can come to terms with is that.... 01.01.2022 Proud Trainer moment! I've spent a close couple of months with my girl Martine and she went from being a timid, person pleaser to a strong, confident bad bitch! She's so tank she bench presses couches and I will never forget that story for the rest of my life!
