The life you have lived, The one you are living now and the on...e that is still to come may have set you up for disappointment...That of course comes from Expectation You can be on the Personal Growth Journey all you like. 24/7 even, however, if you are not absorbing the shifts, changes, challenges, letting go of EGO, emotions and allowing yourself to really feel the Hurt, Fear, Anger then you are just going to stay in that same spot Learning something new and letting it in, softening yourself and feeling both the Masculine and Feminine in your body will bring about a huge shift in your awareness. It takes Practice, I Know you can do it, I have seen you do it before. The four virtues of life will allow you to understand to accumulate less, Give More, Receive Less, Serve More. 07.01.2022 As we go through our life we are all #conditioned to do things a certain way to help us fit into #society, to conform, to become #puppets and follow the footste...ps our parents have left behind for us However, as the #universe continues to give us messages and pushes our buttons to line ourselves up with a more True and Authentic self, the hard work begins. My advice to you is to just focus on one day at a time. Focus on the now, the #present moment. 05.01.2022 I quite often sit quietly before writing a post for you all and allow the message to come. This morning as I enjoy the cool air and a great coffee this message ...came to me and it is so important to understand. The Authentic self... are you being what you say you are.. in other words, What you think, What you feel, What you say and What you do, all have to be the same. This at times can be very difficult. Why? If what you think and then say is different, it creates confusion for you and others. If what you feel and then do feels different it will create a block on your journey. If you are currently not 100% happy in your current position in "YOUR LIFE" you are the one that has that power to shift it. This week... focus on your Authentic Self Heal your Emotional Body. Line yourself up with your true purpose and even if you are not sure what that is at the moment... IT WILL PRESENT itself when you TRUST IT and YOU. #namaste Johan Smit
