05.01.2022 I had fibroblast treatment on my hooded upper eyelids and this is my experience. As a natural healing response, it’s usual for the treated area to become swollen and especially around the delicate areas such as the eyes. Treatment : The Plasma light at the tip of the pen, felt like a zap, more like mild laser. I was not in any pain or discomfort. However, where there was hardly any numbing cream, it felt like a rubber band flicking on my skin multiple times. For me, it was ...bearable but only for a short time. What to expect after FIBROBLAST treatment. A few hrs after treatment, my eyes started to become swollen and like mild sunburn sensation which subsides in an hr or so. The crusts formed started to fall off on day 4-5 and fully came off by day 10. (Some clients complete fall off on day 5) Here is a fast track transformation video of each day for 10 days. I still have a some redness, as it takes up to 6-8 weeks to fully heal. Latest update: My eyes no longer feels heavy and for the first time since the treatment, I applied my top eyeliner and it definitely has changed, changed in the way that I used to draw it on. My lids are opened up, therefore, I had to adjust the way I applied my upper eyeliner on now. Over all it hasn’t changed dramatically. More natural enough. There is a definite lift. I need one more session as my hooded eyelids were heavy to begin with. I can confidently say it’s made my eyes open up. So, just be aware, like me, some people take a longer time to heal, especially people with dark skin.
