Named Blondies, they’re vanilla cupcakes, stuffed with a mini cheesecake, topped with butter cream and a generous caramel drizzle these are bloody amazing and we had so much fun bringing Phoebee’s idea to life!

Along with creating a lot of our online stuff, Etahlia has been training like crazy at team trainings and also training at home during COVID when team training could no longer continue. I am so proud to be fundraising for her trip to Townsville!
