Deviated with white chocolate strawberries . Salted caramel popcorn and marangue. Topper was supplied by customer.

20.01.2022 Never to busy to make my grandchildren a cake for their special day. This is why i started cake decorating. I'm In Sydney visiting and very busy but managed to put this together for my eldest granddaughter CAIA INDIGO 's 13th birthday. Her request Moist Chocolate cake, my signature ganashe,chocolate shards, chocolate coated strawberries. Pink chocolate drip, and Macaroons are not mine. I purchased these from the beautiful Queen Victoria building whist out with my daughter in law hunting down Caias gift. THE shoes Caia wanted of course the last pair of shoes in Sydney.

07.01.2022 For A new mum to be who happened to Miss put on her baby shower celebration thanks to COVID 19. I love my Antelers they looked amazing. Wire and Gum paste, roses also gum paste. Owl and deer gum paste. Fillers artificial flowers. She loved it.

05.01.2022 Back at it after a few months off. Perfect way to start back . I had the privilege of making this beauty for my wonderful bosses Retirement. Judy! Some delicious and fresh flowers to die for. Flowers are by "Lisa's flowers". I took the gold hoop in. I talked with them about what I wanted and this is what they created. Gorgeous. The large rose in the centre piece was stunning. Com ppl letting this cake. Strawberry and cream flavoured drip and silver fill art . Done!
