12.01.2022 Isn’t this just a beautiful collection of treasures?!! Did you know that some butterflies only live up to a couple of weeks? And cicadas live up to 17 years underground and only a few weeks above ground. These are a couple of little facts I’ve learnt thanks to my bug loving 4.5 year old and all the books we’ve read. 04.01.2022 Hey guys Amy here.... I just wanted to jump on and show you the face behind the brand. This is me with my gal pal @dawnandfolk (behind the camera) styling the flat lays for our new launch. This is a big one for me... Kala & Kai started out with just tie dye and has evolved into something much more. After losing my previous manufacturers quite suddenly, I wasn’t sure where to go. Luckily, through another a (amazing) Instagram business mama, I was able to get some whites made up. We’ve tweaked (perfected ) the design and changed the fabric which is way more durable and sizing is generous for longer lasting wear. Each drop will be small and restocks will be scares. So much work and love goes into each piece. From the makers all the way to dyeing in house, each garment has its own story. Biggest love
