22.01.2022 Today we had the privilege of presenting Gwen with a prize from Tony Pasin for her amazing artwork, which was chosen as the winning design for his annual Christmas card. Gwen’s design beat all the other children in Mr Pasin’s electorate and will feature on the front of the Christmas card that is sent out by Tony. Very exciting news for our little school - well done, Gwen!

17.01.2022 Some pics from Pines Sports Day last week. Was great to see the positive participation of the Kalangadoo students. A big thank you to everyone who helped to organise this event.

16.01.2022 Don’t forget to go out for tea and enjoy a schnitzel at the South Eastern Hotel tonight! Enjoy the air conditioned comfort while the kids play on the playground - plus, no cooking! $5 from every schnitzel sold is donated to our school. See you there!

15.01.2022 Unfortunately, The Treehouse Cafe won’t be open for our excursion on Friday. We will be reverting to our ‘Plan B’, which is a picnic recess at Umpherston Sinkhole, followed by a pizza lunch and play at The Valley Lakes playground. Please send recess, healthy snack, a water bottle and hat with your child. Full school uniform and enclosed shoes are also required.

14.01.2022 COVID UPDATE The latest advice says that schools will remain open. However, this new cluster is a good reminder for us all to stay vigilant.... If your child is sick, please keep them home. Adults need to socially distance on pick up and drop off. Children will continue to have good hygiene and practice non-contact greetings. Please send a drink bottle, where possible, for students to fill up at school. This will limit students drinking from the tap. The department will continue to keep us updated as things change. If you have any queries, please call the school and we will help you as best we can.

01.01.2022 A big thank you to those who came and supported the Kalangadoo Primary School schnitzel fundraiser at the South Eastern Hotel last night. We were lucky enough to receive $230 from them, such a wonderful initiative. Thanks South Eastern Hotel!

01.01.2022 Fun on the mulch pile... We had a surprise delivery of free mulch today so everyone helped to start spreading it around. Feel free to bring a barrow and help out or help yourself to some for home.
