During consultation, I was often asked by our clients about their dietary needs and what should be added to and/or avoided from their daily routine. Many have reflected there is an overflow of information and it is simply overwhelming to tell whats right or wrong. I have soon learned that there are many myths which are not being explain properly. I must agree I still have many room for improvement and my point of views are not necessary always right, however, please allow me to humbly invite you to join with me in finding the most applicable way of health for you and me.
