17.01.2022 Hi everyone. Thank you everyone that turned up for our Friday Christmas hit and pizzas! Thanks Sarah and Jamie for the delicious sweets! We drew the Christmas Pickled Octopus raffle and the winners were..... 1st prize... The McKenzies! 2nd prize Lenore Thomas! 3rd prize Rick Davey! Congratulations winners and thank you everyone that bought tickets to raise money for kids tennis coaching next year! So next years junior tennis coaching is locked in with Sun City Tennis Academy for the second half of term 1! So if your kids or anyone else’s kids want to be coached next year let them know! To be a member of the Kalbarri Tennis Club you also have to be a member of the Kalbarri Sports and Recreation Association who governs us! Sports and Recreation fees are..... Family $50 Individual $20 Tennis Club fees are.. Family $45 Individual $20 Junior(under 16 years) $10 Social tennis on Friday’s at 4 pm unless notified beforehand to members. Ball fees (new balls every social meeting) $10 non members $5 members Advantages of being a social tennis member are... Updates of social tennis events. Injury insurance covered by Tennis Australia. Use of night lights at social and tournament night events. Daytime 7 days a week court access via key in coded lock box at the courts. Use of second hand tennis balls for practice. 05.01.2022 Hi people of Kalbarri. Now that the state and the town is slowly getting back close to normal we can give you some guidelines on how the KTC will be run. General play is back but with social distancing rules and infection controls in place.... Friday social tennis is back on and members and non members are welcome to come and have a hit starting at 4pm. Ball fees apply but cash is not allowed so players will be billed and will pay their ball fees monthly via EFT. The courts can now be booked by non members and tourists and this can be done at Kalbarri Sports and Dive during shop opening times. Social distancing and infection control must be adhered to when using the courts. Jerome Teakle KTC President
