23.01.2022 Wing Chun Kung Fu is a Female Art where the emphasis is on 'Technique rather than Force'. Many people make the mistake of thinking because Wing Chun is a Martial Art delveloped by a Female it is weak, which always brings a smile to my Wing Chun ... Coming from an Australian Infantry Battalion, I have been highly trained using external force and aggression ...... After an Honourable Discharge I happened to find myself in a Wing Chun class and that day i realised there was a weakness in my attitude. Wing Chun is an Art all about Balance within (your male/female side) which brings Growth through the Meditation ... that must be tactile. Reflect on what has been spinning/lopping around in your head the past few weeks, days, hours ... It's probably been the same thing ... and its not going to stop. For me, training Wing Chun has stopped the looping ... I don't really think about things anymore ... I just connect with what I feel and act on that ... 08.01.2022 There seems to be a bit of confusion with what is Meditation and what is the difference with a Soul Connection and a Partner ... In my opinion ... And that's all it is ... And what do I know anyways :) ...... A Soul Connection is used when Meditating . ... It is all about a Connection being Spiritual with Depth and Truth and turning your existence upside down at the very first moment of eye contact ... It is Unconditional A Personal Relationship is ... A Friend ... A Partner by your side with Truth ... and at times even Someone to argue with, but Someone Who will work through problems with you ... As a team together with Democracy, Respect and Love ... It is possible for the Two Connections to be within One ... I have been very fortunate to have been trained by the best Infantry/Army in the World and then Educated by the Eldest Son Of Ip Mam and Most Senior Wing Chun Grandmaster on the Planet, now for 25 years. On my path ... So far I have had Two Soul Connections and One Wing Chun Partner in my life ... Yes I have been extremely Fortunate ... So for me ...
