18.01.2022 Kaldaz would like to showcase the #eden FNX9060.633, which is a #custom designed evaporator, dual interlaced coil for a blast chiller application. It is high #airflow with 3 x 630mm fans with coil block design staggered fins of 6FPI to 4FPI to accommodate the specific requirements. The photos below show the #blygold coating application process from delivery to dispatch. Although our range of eden coils come standard with #bluefin coating, for those higher than normal corrosiv...e environments it is definitely worth the additional extra. 15.01.2022 Kaldaz visited a trusted long term client and lover of our product range, the largest nut processing company in Australia. Today the team got a plant walk through to see the magic happen, how majority of the #foods we know and love that fills quite a few aisles in the supermarket chains are processed and packaged. But today was also a chance to see how some of the #Kaldaz plant that was used has been performing after being in operation after 12 months.... The below pictures were taken of a 30 metre chocolate holding room, which required a holding temperature of 14 degrees C. What was impressive was the airflow within the room which was evident upon entering. This particular evaporator, FNR2270 has an air throw of 31.5m. 06.01.2022 The first of the GEN 5 DTM dual throw has now landed in Australia! This kaldaz costumer is the first here to experience this new innovative Eden product which also has been integrated with factory fitted EVD ice valves. The accompanying FEM 300mm coils specially ordered with partial defrost.

04.01.2022 A very #challenging year all round!! As a business that is relatively new to the Australian market I think it is fair to say we felt the pinch.
