01.01.2022 In the light of the recent announcement by Scott Morrison, we are cancelling all training sessions as from Monday 23 March. At this stage we are also unable to continue with summer season wind-up and winter season training sessions. Keep an eye on this FB group for recommendations from coaches re keeping fit. Spending time at home does not have to mean more screen/coach time. General recommendations are that all children should get a minimum of 30min exercise per day. We will get recommendations from our coaches re dry-land activities that can be recommended for children. Please follow national guidelines of social distancing in all your activities.
