14.01.2022 #NoShows It has come to my attention that a lot of people feel that its okay to just not show up to appointments this week. I totally understand things happen, but the most helpful thing you could do is give us a call, text, email or reschedule/cancel on the app etc would take 1 minute out of your day and would help someone else who has been waiting for an appointment who hasn't been able to get in. I am honestly so disheartened by the amount of no shows that has happened, y...ou receive multiple confirmation texts and emails from the day before to of the day of your treatment as you can forget if you have made an appointment weeks in advance. As from today 27/09/2020 there will be a strict booking policy in place, if you do not confirm your bookings within the 24 hours of your confirmation message we will send you a message to let you know your appointment has been removed with a 30% fee. Once you have reached your 3rd no show you will no longer be able to make appointments with us unfortunately. I did not want it to come to this, so please show some decency and give us a message if you can not make your appointment thank you Kalgoorlie Beauty!

I have had a lot of no shows this week and as i know things can happen, but please also remember you have booked that time for yourself and if you cannot make it please respond to your confirmation, as we cannot fill those spots if we are waiting on you All bookings not confirmed from now on I will be voiding and cancelling un-confirmed appointments so make sure to confirm If you are uncomfortable putt...ing your card details on the booking system, just respond back to 0432 343 191 with confirmation with a YES or a NO that way we know, as no shows you will be charged a small fee.
