22.01.2022 Easter Weekend Ritual Good Friday feels to me to be a day of releasing forgiving & letting go of the past. I started with journalling. The past week had been filled with highs & lows & I was feeling emotionally bruised. My new term for when you have experienced the emotions & released the trauma & just feeling the sore spots that are healing.... I needed to journal & do a final release of the stories & beliefs that had come to the surface. After that i did my manifesting celebrations i.e. writing down everything i had manifested & then dud a list of things i was going to let go of. I can feel that i am on the precipice of a new chapter & whilst terrifying there is no going back so i wrote down everything i could not take forward. Then i went to the ocean to release. With every wave I let go of something on my list. I walked along the beach for a while until i felt it was done. As i turned to come home it felt different. The person that was coming back was heading into a new chapter. I finished with a beautiful sunset. Easter Saturday This will be a day of allowing space for the completion of letting go & falling into the divine void of no-thing. A time to pause & rest before calling in the new me. Easter Sunday A time of rebirth coming back as the new shinier wiser me. Easter Monday Integrating & preparing. Thank you to all who are a part of this journey with me.

22.01.2022 Clarity! The answers have always been inside you. We have been entrained to look for answers outside of ourselves. We have been told what to do by our parents by society rules by teachers & bosses. We have forgotten how to source the answers for our self.... In our Monday Meditation this week (replay available in the Soul Chats group) We cleared our minds of doubts, fears & judgements & activated a sacred temple of reflection within us. A place of purity, stillness and peace. This photo from the Gordon river was the image that came to mind for me. I travelled here last year & the air quality is some of the purest in the world & the energy was amazing.

02.01.2022 So this happened yesterday!! In did my first live session on Insight timer I had so much fun connecting with attendees around the world.... I think I will make this a regular event. Celebrating trying something new. I had to do some work to overcome fears around being in a new space with new people but it was all worth it in the end. Celebrating these moments is so important to retrain our minds & energy body to be able to cope with new stuff. So who else would i celebrate with....You!

01.01.2022 This has been a big theme this month in my healing sessions. The beliefs we took on from our ancestors & the patterns we developed to cope in some cases has severely impacted how we are living our life. Success, body image, abundance , relationships, health are all areas that can be affected by these ancestral patterns.... If you feel stuck, frustrated or lost than you too may be ready to set yourself free from these patterns.
