21.01.2022 Just had a lovely balancing acupuncture session at Kallista Chinese Medicine. The hygiene standards are impressive, and I actually felt cozy and comfortable in the mask Ayla and I are still seeing clients by appointment. Highly recommended for stress!

16.01.2022 NERVOUS SYSTEM TIPS: ANCHORING THE GOOD STUFF We are wired to survive, which means there is a negativity bias the traumatic experiences like shock and pain imprint into our brain and stick so we avoid such dangers in the future. Conversely, any positive things we experience flow through us like water through a sieve. If only these would stick and positively influence our nervous system towards relaxation, openness, curiosity and happiness. There is a method which will hel...p the good stuff to stick, and bring more capacity and regulation to our nervous system. 1. When we have a good experience (even as simple as feeling the sun on our skin), take the time to really feel and enjoy it. At least 10 full seconds. 2. Bring the good feeling into the body and feel any pleasant sensations. Expand it if you can, bringing your arms and legs into your felt-sense awareness. Fell the good stuff here in the NOW. 3. Smile inside and feel grateful for this experience. Gratitude deepens the good stuff even more and keeps the heart centre open to receive more good stuff more often.
