07.01.2022 It’s rough. This cover, life, the way of the world at the moment. Did you know #75percentofsuicidesareMales... This is a devastating statistic, and even with the way things are, I’m not sure why we aren’t talking about this. We are ALL a community. No matter where you live in this crazy world and no matter your beliefs. When someone in the community is struggling, or feeling like they can’t come up for air - IT IS OUR JOB TO STEP UP AND HELP - #butlouder Our men need us. Sometimes people don’t know how to ask for help and I don’t believe there is anything wrong with asking someone if they’re okay twice. None of us are perfect, but our best gift is our vulnerability and somewhere along the line I think we’ve forgotten that. But it isn’t too late. Let’s start asking the question and not just to the males in our life but #ourstrongwomentoo This affects us all. I thought about not uploading this because it’s far from perfect and my voice is straining, tears welled into my eyes at times BUT in the spirit of being vulnerable and showing our hearts, let it begin with me. I love you all and I mean that.

04.01.2022 I’ve been writing again. Typically, all of my best work comes from a breaking heart. But this is different... Growing Pains.... My heart isn’t breaking, if anything, it feels like it’s expanding. The outer shell of who I have been is cracking open and once again, I move forward in love. Growing pains. Sometimes a level up feels like the first day of spring, and sometimes it feels like a cloud above your head, but in amongst it all, I’m grateful because I’m writing again & my heart is not broken; but entirely full and expanding beyond my own belief.
