22.01.2022 Hi all, Thankyou all for being so patient and kind since we have been able to reopen! It’s been such a crazy time period but we’re working through it and preparing ourselves for Christmas! I just wanted to put a reminder out there as some clients seem to be getting confused, regarding booking an appointment with our mobile grooming services and confirmations. Once you have booked an appointment, depending on what time I finish the day prior, I’ll send out the confirmations ...the evening before you’re appointment, or in the early morning, on the day of our booking! when I send out the confirmations, I really need a response back, whether that be a yes/no or even a thumb up not just reading the message. this has been set up, because in the past I’ve had clients cancel, and or forget about our appointment, and I’ve arrived to nobody home or unable to complete our appointment. This not only puts me out of pocket but also causes another client to miss out on an appointment which isn’t fair on my business or other pets in need of grooming! I’m sorry this has had to be said, but it seems to be a common occurrence of not understanding the confirmations process since re opening. please refrain from also, being rude and having a go at me when I explain how my business works, as most other businesses from hairdressers to doctors, also require confirmations so please understand where I’m coming from. Thankyou all so much
