24.01.2022 All day in the real studio, only to return to my home studio for a last-minute-rethink. Gina's vocals today were so raw, honest and vulnerable I have no option other than a total 100% rethink on what I was thinking. Gina nailed it. Just incredible.

01.01.2022 We were commissioned by the Gryffin Ensemble in Canberra to compose a piece of music based on Hansard Transcripts, for their Songs from a Stolen Senate series.... For our piece, titled What are we to do? we wanted to make the music as beautiful as possible to highlight the insanity of the conversations of the day. And while we don’t want to give any power to the atrocities committed against mob throughout history, we did want to highlight that, even in those dark times, the debates over legislation were vigorous. We did have some allies. People at the time knew this was wrong even tho they didn’t prevail for a very long time, the debate was strong and vigorous. Chaining Aborigines by the neckThe Rings are padded so there is no inhumanity words in response to questions asked. We have to protect them against themselveswhether they like it or not. Good people fought against much of the decisions that eventually came to pass. So we want to highlight that people with strong moral fortitude did exist, and these good people tried hard as they could. It was not a series of simple arbitrary decisions favored by all. Evil won the day, but we are reminded of the good fight that did occur and the allies who stood with us back then and continue to stand with us and speak up
