Starting tomorrow we're doing another KaManda Kickstart Challenge...7 days of consistent morning routine that will set you up for the day. If you've done this before and you find that you're now out of routine, take 5 minutes tonight to sit down and think about why. Complete these sentences: 'I quit on my...self because... (insert your reasons/excuses) 'I commit to myself to complete 7 days of Kickstart' Then its simple (because we've got you)... Wake up 45 mins/1 hour earlier than you need to (Does that extra 45 mins REALLY serve you? Or would this be better?) Complete the steps below using the tips we put into our KaManda Kickstart group (if you havent joined pop an emoji below or come join) Comment to the post each day in the group for accountability and to show yourself that you can do this! See you in the morning.
