02.01.2022 Gone are the days when 280kg deadlift was done for reps on a weekly basis and 300kg deadlift was the goal, you know, the BIG 300! Yeah, back then what you squatted, benched and deadlifted, did mattered, at least I thought! Haha Sadly, I didn’t get to the BIG 300, the most I did, was 1x1 @ 290kg! Which isn’t so bad, but it ain’t 300! ... I remember I used to train twice a day, 6-7 days a week, ate a whole lot of food, had 6-8 hours sleep most nights and I made progress on a weekly basis, fun times!
