25.01.2022 Step by step guide to swimming in cold water... Step 1 the toe goes in "oh that's too cold I'm not getting in" Step 2 the foot goes in "yep it's freezing, do I really need to swim today?" Step 3 water up to knees "actually it's not that bad, I can do this"... Step 4 water up to waist "$*#! it's cold what was I thinking!" The 2020 National @naidocweek theme invites all Australians to embrace the true history of this country a history which dates back thousands of generations.... This week recognises and celebrates that First Nations people have occupied and cared for this continent for over 65,000 years. Founders Naomi and Kirsty are connected through their Father, to Gugu-Badhun and Kutjala people, in Northern Queensland. KAMARA Australia operates from Townsville Queensland where the traditional Custodians are the Wulgurukaba and Bindal people.
