23.01.2022 I have many of you enquiring about the use of MASKS!!!!! So just to clarify.... Masks are mandatory for Myotherapist’s and their clients in the Melbourne metro and Mitchell shire only. It is ADVISED, but not mandatory in Regional Victoria. ... I have chosen to NOT mask up! For the sole reasons being (mainly because I talk wwwaaayyyyy to much ) but that during COVID-19 I am not taking on any new patients, and I have complete and utter faith in the clients that I am still treating, that they are all doing the right thing during this pandemic!!! However, in saying that..tomorrow I will be purchasing masks (if I can get them!) so if at any time you wish to use one, you can. And if you are more comfortable with me using one, I’m more than happy to oblige, all you have to do is ask!!!! Thanks again everyone, you guys rock!

10.01.2022 As October approaches, it also marks the 12 month anniversary of taking a leap and leaving a workplace I said I would never ever leave, and joined the team at Pure Fitness Korumburra. Safe to say it was the best decision I made! A massive thanks to all of my clients, old and new, for always supporting me. Having a young family comes with its challenges, (especially during the winter months ) with having to cancel/reschedule appointments, but you guys are always so understa...nding! I have loved getting to know each and every one of you, and some of you have become life long friends! But the biggest thanks goes to Alms Waetford-Morrison and Annelise Van Rooye. Thank you for having me be a part of your team. Thank you for allowing me to bring the girls to work when I get stuck, and for always being so good to them, even when they are being crazy!!! I honestly love coming to work! You guys are amazing To celebrate, I have put all of my regular clients in a draw and congratulations Belinda Lughetto your next treatment is on me

10.01.2022 CHANGES FOR 2020 As many of you are aware, next year will bring some changes in family life, which means change in work life!!! As of 2020, my new hours will be:... TUESDAYS: 10am-3:15pm WEDNESDAYS: 10am - 8pm SATURDAYS: 9am - 12pm This means that unfortunately I will no longer be able to offer 60 minute treatments. All appointments will now be 45 minutes @ $50 (this ensures I can still fit you all in). If you are on a maintenance calendar I will be giving you your new days/times between now and Christmas at your next appointment. I realise this might not suit everyone, but I thank you for your understanding and all of your support during 2019. I look forward to treating you all in 2020

07.01.2022 Just a friendly reminder to you all that most of you only have 2 appointments left until CHRISTMAS! for all of my regulars, if your appointment falls on the week of Christmas, I have moved you to the week before. ... For everyone that has an appointment the week of New Years, I have moved you to the week after. I will let you all know your dates at your next treatment! I will be opening up an extra day (or 2) the week before Xmas, but they are already quickly filling fast, so for anyone wanting an appointment try and book ASAP to avoid disappointment! 05.01.2022 Hey everyone! In light of what is happening around the world at the moment, I have had a lot of people message me and ask me if I am working and if it is safe to come in! So just to clarify a few things for you all ... Some of you would of seen that allied health workers are at a higher risk of catching covid-19. This is true due to the close personal interaction I have with clients, but I want you all to rest assure that myself and the legends at Pure Fitness Korumburra are taking extreme hygiene measures to do what we can to protect ourselves, and most importantly our clients! So please don’t be offended if you see me spraying the room with Glen 20 as you are walking out I will be working up until the powers above tell me I am no longer allowed! Hopefully this clears up a few questions many of you have had! Don’t hestitate to contact me if you need further information. In saying all of this, if you do not want your appointment, I totally understand! there will be no cancellation fee..but please be respectful and let me know! And last but most important, let’s look after ourselves and each other. Shop local, buy only what you need, check on your neighbour and smile. I’m sure this too shall pass! Thanks, Kate

04.01.2022 Well it happened..the powers above have made their decision! One that I fully respect...however it does bring me so much sadness that all appointments from today will be cancelled I will be reopening as soon as I am told I can!!! 04.01.2022 Hey everyone! A quick update! Unfortunately I am still not working due to remote learning! I am hoping to reopen at the start of school holidays! As long as on site learning resumes after the holidays, I will be available on my regular Tuesdays and Wednesday’s, however my hours will be limited, and for the short term, I won’t be taking on any new clients!
