17.01.2022 Hello everyone, just touching base to let you know how we will be operating. I am still working doing all the refills but I am not doing any face to face. The GBS I have been fighting makes me an east target to catch this virus. If you still want work done leave your containers on the table with a note of fragrance, colour and your name and phone no and I will call you when it is ready. 06.01.2022 PiNA COLADA SLICE Makes 12 340g packet vanilla cake mix ... 3/4 cup melted butter 440g crushed pineapple, drained 200g sour cream Preheat oven 180C. Line a 20 x 30cm slice tray with baking paper. In a separate bowl, mix together the cake mix and melted butter, stir until combined. Press evenly across the tray and bake for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, mix together the crushed pineapple and sour cream. After 15 minutes, remove the cake base from the oven and top with the creamy pineapple mixture. Return to the oven for 15 minutes. Remove and allow to cool; then refrigerate. As the biscuits cools, it hardens creating a yummy shortbread-like base that is just delicious. Slice to serve. OPTIONAL: Sprinkle generously with flaked coconut; I like the texture to taste and the tropical combination of pineapple and coconut ~ Hope you do to!

02.01.2022 UPDATE: I am heartbroken to say that Mr. Chester passed away in July. Thank you to everyone that shared the post he enjoyed your messages more than we can say.... You really brought joy to his last few months. He is now reunited with his wife in heaven. This is my grandfather. He is 100 years young today. He lost his wife of 69 years five days ago. We are trying to encourage him celebrate. Please help us celebrate with him. He doesn’t think we can get to all 50 states. Let’s show him we can. Thank you for helping us celebrate this milestone! #100years #WWII #milestone
