Back to the treaties Red Velvet Crinkle Cookies 1 pack Melinda’s Red Velvet Cake... 1/4 cup oil or butter 2 small eggs Icing sugar -In a mixing bowl, stir together the cake mix, oil or butter and eggs until a stiff dough forms. -Chill the dough for 30 minutes until the dough is easy to handle. -Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Roll heaped teaspoonfuls of dough into balls and roll well in icing sugar. -Place on lined baking sheet and bake for 9-12 minutes -Cool 2 minutes on baking tray before removing to wire rack to cool completely.

17.01.2022 CARROT SLICE Fantastic way to get veggies into your little ones diet. You can make it with different vegetable combinations to include more in the veggies in ...their diet eg add zucchini and make it carrot and zucchini. Just don’t forget the sugar or sugar alternative like I did! 3/4 cup (165g) raw sugar (I use cinnamon or coconut sugar) * 175ml sunflower oil * 3 eggs, lightly beaten * 1 large carrot (about 140g), grated * 100g raisins * Grated zest of 1 large orange * 175g self-raising flour * 1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda * 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon * 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg Pop it all in the Thermamix and whizz on low for 30 seconds it put all the dry ingredients in a bowl and then add wet ones (I’m all about easy peezy recipes). Bake for 20 mins at 180 degrees.....and let your little ones EAT!!

07.01.2022 To commemorate and reflect those who gave so much we share this token of gratitude, an ANZAC cookie recipe. Ingredients 1 cup ORGRAN All Purpose Plain Four... 1 cup ORGRAN Quinoa Porridge (Plain) 1/2 cup sugar 3/4 cup desiccated coconut 125 grams butter or salt reduced monounsaturated margarine 2 tablespoons golden syrup 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence 1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda 1 tablespoon boiling water Method 1. Preheat oven to 160C (325F). 2. Prepare 2 flat oven trays by spraying with cooking spray. 3. Add quinoa porridge, sugar and coconut. 4. Stir in golden syrup and vanilla. OR Place butter into a small microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on high for 40 seconds or until butter is melted. Stir in golden syrup and vanilla. 5. Mix bicarbonate of soda with boiling water and add to warmed liquid. Stir liquid into dry ingredients and mix well. Mixture should be a moist consistency. 6. Lightly dust hands with gluten free flour and roll portions of mixture into balls approximately the size of a walnut and place onto prepared trays. Use a fork dipped in gluten free flour to press flat. 7. Place into a moderate oven and bake for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown. 8. When cooked, remove from oven and leave on trays for 2 minutes. Loosen biscuits and leave on trays to cool. 9. When completely cold, store in an airtight container
