21.01.2022 Move over China! Kaneg, are now manufacturing. Two new additions, the biggie is the newly acquired CNC Machining Centre and now a 50mm Mandrel Pipe/Tube Bender. First job is to build a Chrome Molly frame for the 1974 Triumph Trident 750 ready for the 21 Race Season. Kaneg is now set up to do almost any Motorcycle Re- Manufacturing, with CNC Machining, 3D Routing, Lathe, Pipe/Tube Bending, Tig/Mig Welding, Powdercoating and Oven, we think we have most everything covered. All we are missing is the time to get everything located, programmed, then up and running, any Volunteers?

21.01.2022 As a 25-year-old engine, we can’t expect the 916 engines to go on forever, so when we found a 1994 SP engine, we just had to have it. After the usual delays the engine cleared Customs and we have started to strip it down for a full refresh, soon we will have a spare engine ready for what remains of the Race 2020 season.

20.01.2022 PCRA Wakefield Park, Rd 1. The racing was close and in your face, had fun with Gav continually swapping positions. Been a while since we have raced WP and guess what the track surface hasen't gotten any better, T2 exit a bump that bucks you out of the saddle, T3 corrugations that shake the bejesus out of you, T5 exit cranked over and sliding sideways and T10 with a slippery section after the apex. Regardless you ride the track conditions but I can understand why there were lots of pickups. A big shout out to the PCRA for a great meet and tracy Young for the picts. 18.01.2022 Ok hands up those who missed the Asia Talent Cup? What an exciting final race to the series and finally an ozzie who can win a Title: no 19 Billy Van Eerde won the Title after his competition was given a 27 second penalty and our boy got the title.

13.01.2022 Kaneg, continuing to resurrect Australian Manufacturing, we now have installed a 3D CNC Router with a 1.5m x 1.5m table.

13.01.2022 Seems like I was the crash test dummy, but Todd persevered and sorted the bugs out of the on-line entry. Entry now in for the 1st round 02/03 Feb19, St George MCC Clubman Road Race Series. The Club is looking for Volunteers so if you aren’t racing give the Club a yell and help out.

08.01.2022 Well the 2020 Season is upon us and after a disastrous last season, destroyed 3 Ducati Engine’s and a 675 engine. The 916 is being reborn with a total engine rebuild. The next engine will be underway on Monday ready for the first St George meet. A big shout out to Geoff at Red’s Racing who has gone above and beyond to get the first engine rebuilt. 05.01.2022 St George SMSP, our first outing, poured rain the whole day with rivers running over the track, Unfortunatley after 3 races the meet was called after a bike split its crank cases and spewed oil from T3 to T4 (no it wasn't a Ducati), the Kaneg Team on the gaint killing 916 finished 6th (out of 20) in the BEARS F1/F2 race best lap 1:56.7010, Qualified 10th in the unlimited - unlimited Retro then 3rd in the combined 600CS - BEARS F3/4/5, Brill day but soaking wet. Thanks to St George officials and all volunteers and flaggies for putting up with a crap day.
