During this week, we encourage our students to bring a friend to karate and join in on all the benefits karate can have for you! This Buddy Week we will focus on the importance of respect and confidence by maintaining good eye contact when we talk to each other for our kanga students. The junior students will learn the 3Ds. This is a method teaches children to detect, defuse and defend ourse...lves from bullying in the school playground.
