20.01.2022 Client wanted to open up their living space by removing the small doorway and turn 2 small rooms into one big one. Usually not an issue until we got the plasterboard off the walls. Termites. yuck! Fortunately they were no longer active so we got straight to work removing all the timber that had been eaten, replace it and then begin our work. The building is 2 floors so the walls were load bearing and needed to be propped before we could remove anything. Just goes to show its worth getting regular termite checks by a professional. Little bit of time and money spent now could be what saves you a lot in future.

18.01.2022 2nd story balcony had rotting joists, handrails and posts. Was getting pretty sketchy walking round and leaning over the edge before we got to it! Now its safe, strong and sexy!

11.01.2022 Hybrid floating floor system and skirting installed for Dawn Property in Paddington. Most floating floors are quite cheap and nasty but this product I would recommend. Easy to install, clean and seems to be quite sturdy and long lasting. If floating floors aren’t for you, we also specialise in timber flooring.
