24.01.2022 Good afternoon to all Just a couple of things for the grading tomorrow ...Remember NO NORMAL CLASSES WILL BE RUN!!! 1: Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your grading time ... I will personally let you in to the hall when its time. 2: Only 1 parent is allowed in to watch due to tight numbers restrictions 3: Cash on the day is preferable but eftpos is available ... 4: Full Gi is required... no black training shirts to be visible in the grading. You are more then welcome to wear it underneath the top. 5: Have fun!!!! Remember grading is meant to be fun and exciting! 17.01.2022 Hi guys Just a couple of things today 1. I have had a few parents contact me with some concerns. Atwell dojo isn't going anywhere. ... Our timetable for Term 4 will be released on Saturday. I will have hard copies to hand out and will follow up with an email. We are already in the planning stages to make the Atwell dojo bigger and better in 2021. Senpai Malcolm will be running most of the Atwell classes as I will be at the new location getting that up and running. But I do promise to pop in and take a few classes every now and again 2. The Canningvale and Harrisdale dojos will be moving to the permanent dojo starting classes on 12th October If you can't tell I'm a little excited 3. All students are welcome to train at either location. This is an amazing opportunity that we can offer all our students to reach their own personal goals plus now offer special classes and events to pull our karate community together even more. So watch out for our Term 4 special events calendar (releasing soon) I hope that you guys are as excited as what Senpai Malcolm and I are! 15.01.2022 Yesterday we held our Christmas classes for all our students. They were also the last classes for the year, for those of my students that did not manage to make... it down to our Forrestdale dojo, I missed you. I look forward to seeing you in the new year! I just wanted to say thank you ... thank you for your dedication, your support and your friendships (some of you are getting far to good at my foot game)! It’s been a strange year with, Covid restrictions, online classes, reduced class sizes, special class precautions and a change of training locations with the addition of our permanent location in Forrestdale. I would imagine it’s been a lot to take in, especially as it’s all happened in the space of just 12 months. You guys are amazing. I love being part of your progression, keep training over the Christmas period. I cannot wait to see you all again in January. If you have any questions or requests for your training over the next few weeks give me or Senpai Sonya a PM and we will give you direction one way or another.
