24.01.2022 To cute not to share!! Our new tiny little lamb rescue, thinks she is just one of the dogs, except she wears a new born nappy!!! Extra adorable that the little white dog (Armani) is completely blind and the little lamb just loves to snuggle with her.

24.01.2022 Sadly little Ava the magpie passed away suddenly this morning, in our son Utah’s arms. It never gets easier no matter how many you loose, you always believe they can make it but there’s always a chance they have things going on that you just can’t see. 23.01.2022 All creatures great & small, or in this case extremely tiny!!!! Meet a new little rescue. This gorgeous girl is a Damara lamb, they have hair instead of wool and shelf shed. They have a fattened tail that farmers leave on and a mother ewe can raise her baby from the fat reserves that she draws on in harsh conditions. The Damara breed first originated in Egypt. This little darling has a quite a few challenges ahead due to her tiny size at only 2kg but doing well so far, I have never seen one so tiny & we have raised quite a few!

21.01.2022 Hi everyone! We’d like to introduce our newest resident, Ava. Ava is a fledgling Australian Magpie who arrived here at Kangala this week. She was found by some lovely people sitting on the side of the road, next to her dead parents, who were unfortunately hit by a car. Still unable to properly fly and fend for herself, she will remain in our care until suitable for release. 11.01.2022 Meet little Billy, Billy is the most snuggliest roo ever and just loves hugs & cuddles so much!! Billy arrived not long ago to live at the sanctuary. He was rescued by a wonderful carer & family weighing just 600g he is now a big boy at 12kg and is such a joy to have here at Kangala.
