24.01.2022 In light of recent announcements and the ongoing and developing COVID-19 situation we will be keeping the Kingscote office CLOSED until further notice All services are still available from our American River Office Appliances and computers can still be dropped off at American River, please just call and let us know first please Anything dropped off for repair will be sanitized on arrival and departure. Service calls are still available anywhere on the island... Please don't hesitate to call, as a lot of problems can be fixed over the phone, or with computers- remote access is possible. 18.01.2022 It seems as if there is a problem with the internet on the island. it seems to be ADSL mostly and some NBN fixed wifi services. Will update when i get any more news

13.01.2022 So the Big move is ON ,, TODAY. Today the office will be closed. I will be back in Kingscote on Friday Drop offs and pick up's are still avalible. See you all soon at Nepean Bay !!

And stove repairs ( not installs) We are warranty agents for Miele, Euromaid and Beko... More will come on board soon Still doing all types of computers ( Mac and PC and Android) and gadgets Working from American River on Thursdays and Saturday mornings Kingscote hours haven't changed, they are still 9:30 to 12:30 Monday ,Wednesday and Fridays Best way to contact us will always be the Mobile Number 0424182965

05.01.2022 Not a good way to start the day. Bloody scammers are at it again. Calling saying they are from your bank. DON'T LET ANYONE YOU DON'T KNOW PERSONALLY LOG INTO YOUR COMPUTER. EVER!!!!! They only want money.... They get you to log into your bank account so they can see your log in details. Then log in to your account and clean it out. The only people you should let in to your computer remotely. 1. Your computer tech. 2. A company you have called and trust. ( NEVER when they call you ) 3. No one else Ever. End of list. Please remember this people. You wouldn't trust someone who turned up at your door and asked for money, so don't do it over the phone.

02.01.2022 The big move is finally on We are moving to Nepean Bay in the next couple of weeks Starting to set up the new workshop and office It will be much better for appliance repairs, with enough room to test a couple of machine at the same time. ( big improvement over the last place ) Huge new Computer workshop will be set up in our 2nd garage.... more than enough room for all my collection of pc's , Mac's and consoles. Heaps of space for workbenches, test bays, and diagnostic equipment. Will update you all soon See more
